14h00 to 16h00 – Arrival from all parts of SA into own accommodation

17h00 to 17h30 – Arrival at “The Fairy Knowe Hotel” for race briefing and cocktails

17h30 to 19h00 – Race registration, dinner and briefing

19h00 to 19h30 – Cut off “jolighede” to rest for race day
06h00 – Arrive at The Fairy Knowe Hotelin the Wilderness for race start

06h15 – Racers start to line up at starting point at The Fairy Knowe Hotel

06h30 – Race start

13h30 – Lunch and drinks

15h00 – Physio ends (between 3pm and 4.30pm people can go to accommodation for shower)

18h00 – Prize giving and "straf en prestasie doppe"

19h00 – Dinner is served

20:00 – "Kuier" until late
